How Long do you think it will take for Ottawa to have a average price of $1 million dollars for residential homes ?

We are at $771,000 now for average price and with 9% of all homes now selling over $1 million and continuing to grow yearly?

I think within 5 to 7 years we will hit $1 million for average selling price ?
